Love the product- won’t buy other almond butter anymore. But for the second time, product arrived with glass jar broken and I have received no response from business in trying to resolve. The email on the website bounced and no response to multiple Instagram DM’s after multiple days. No other contact options made available. Great product, and recognize it’s a small business, but wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending product if shipping required until I felt confident the company had figured out these service issues.
